Mary and Eamon Nolan, from Newbridge, came to Deasy Photographic recently with their children Lynda and Andrew. The Nolan’s were photographed in our Classic Style, a selection of their portraits can be seen below.
Yesterday saw almost 50,000 attendees at the National Ploughing Championships in Athy. The site felt even busier today with organisers expecting that attendance will be significantly higher than the opening day.
Our portrait exhibition stand is located in the middle of the site at K222.
Below is a photo essay we complied from day two at the festival.
President Mary McAleese has officially opened the 2009 National Ploughing Championships, taking place at Cardenton near Athy, Co Kildare.
About 180,000 spectators are expected at the site over the next three days. There are over 900 trade stands at the show including Deasy Photograpghic’s very own exhibition marquee (located at K222) which can be seen in the video below.

Our window display has recently been updated to an image in Deasy Photographic’s Signature Style. The portrait, of 13 month old Noah Sloan, has already drawn many admiring glances from passers by on Cutlery Road.

Rachel Quinn and Mick Hennessey recently had their wedding portrait taken at Deasy Photographic. The couple were married and then came to us before their reception to be photographed with their six month old son Jack .
